Cancellation Policy
At Bella Luna Salon we are dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. We understand that circumstances can arise to cause you to reschedule your appointment. A major credit card is required to reserve your appointment and a 24 hour cancellation notice of all service appointments is necessary to prevent a credit card charge equal to the missed services. Brazilian keratin treatments or Japanese thermal straightening services take 4 to 6 hours to complete and therefore require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
If you are running late... we will try to accomodate you but will likely limit the allocated time for your service and may result in rescheduling your appointment. This is to ensure our next guest recieves their full appointment.
